Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, country, national ID number, password (hashed), referral code.

KYC data: identity document images and selfie, stored in a private, access-controlled bucket.

Financial data: deposit addresses, transaction hashes, balances, package and trade history.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser metadata and audit logs for security purposes.

2. How we use it

Verify your identity and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Operate the trading and investment platform: credit deposits, run signals, process withdrawals.

Detect, investigate and act on suspicious or abusive activity.

Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis

Contract performance — to provide the services you signed up for.

Legitimate interest — to keep the platform safe and to prevent fraud.

Legal obligation — anti-money-laundering and tax reporting where applicable.

Consent — for any optional communications you opt into.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on our Lovable Cloud backend with row-level security policies that restrict access to the rightful owner and authorized administrators.

KYC documents and deposit proofs live in private buckets with time-limited signed URLs.

Every administrator action that changes user state is recorded in an immutable audit log.

This page describes the controls we operate today; it is not a certification.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We share data only with: (a) our infrastructure provider (Lovable Cloud), (b) authorities when required by law, and (c) you when you export it.

6. Retention

Account and KYC data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal obligations.

Transaction records are retained as required by financial regulation.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data through the in-app support ticket system.

Where local law applies (e.g. POPIA, GDPR), we honour applicable data-subject rights subject to legal exceptions.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

Nix Capital is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
